Today I would like to honour a very special Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) candidate.
Nontsikelelo Mzuku at Eskom Holdings started her CPT certification journey six months ago. Her personal ambition was to develop her career and do something that not only spoke to her passion for performance in her role as an Integrated Business Improvement Officer, but would also yield results for her organisation.
This was a journey of self-actualisation and it is with great pride that I congratulate Nontsikelelo Mzuku for achieving full accreditation as an internationally Certified Performance Technologist (CPT). She is now part of an elite group of individuals worldwide who have turned their passion for Performance Improvement into a valuable profession.
